Job Summary:Hargrove Roofing and Construction, a leading residential and commercial roofing company, is seeking an energetic outside sales representative. Roofing experience is not required, as we provide comprehensive training. We value candidates new to the industry and with prior sales experience in other fields. Responsibilities include on-site roof measuring, quoting jobs, and customer presentations. We seek determined team players for this commission-based role.General Accountabilities:Generate leads by directly engaging homeownersAttend ongoing training for industry knowledge and sales strategiesUtilize our sales system for effective proposal presentationsResolve post-sales issues and provide ongoing client supportExemplifying Company Culture:Reliability: Place trust in Hargrove Roofing and Construction / Cultivate self-trustAuthenticity: Practice honesty and maintain accountabilityDedication: Devote yourself to the company, community, and personal advancementCommunication: Exemplify strong communication with your customers and your teamJob Qualifications:Education: High School Diploma or equivalentRecommended: Own a vehicle capable of carrying a ladderComfortable with heights and able to lift up to 50 lbs.Availability for evening hours and weekends (as desired)Skills:Excellent written and oral communicationActive listening and social perceptivenessCritical thinking and service orientationNegotiation and coordination skillsBilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
