Assistant Clubhouse Engineer Join our team at a private Golf Course and Country Club in El Dorado Hills as a Maintenance Technician. We're looking for an experienced and dependable individual for a full-time position. To qualify, you need a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of hands-on maintenance experience in country clubs, apartments, restaurants, or hotels. You should have basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and more. Additional training in related fields is a plus. Responsibilities: Your primary duties will include: Maintaining and repairing plumbing fixtures, furniture, woodwork, electrical systems, appliances, elevator, ventilation, and building structures. Addressing plumbing issues like leaks and clogs. Performing tasks such as cleaning, painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work. Ensuring the HVAC system, refrigerators, ice machines, and pool pumps are in working order.
