Business AnalystBCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst for an opportunity in Plano, TX!Position Title: Business AnalystLocation: Plano, TX 75024Anticipated Start Date: ImmediatelyPlease note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: 3 months (Potential to extend or convert FTE)Job Type: Full-Time, ContractPay Range: $44.83 per hourPlease note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).Job Description: - * Performs and coordinates the analysis and design of business systems. * Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of the needs of the assigned customer group from the business and technical perspective. * Works closely with clients and with other system groups to capture business requirements and see them through implementation. * Develops and executes systems testing. * Acts as a liaison between the business user groups and the technical systems groups.Responsibilities: * Be the "voice of the client" for through developing a deep understanding of the client's needs and identification of product and service delivery gaps through in-depth interviews, focus groups, and surveys * Derive insights across channels, products, and business segments and translate into strategic recommendations * Engage and drive organization in client experience innovation / and introducing ideas * Foster an environment where risk/control issues are escalated, and trends are anticipated and identifiedQualifications & Skills: * 2-3 years of experience in voice of customer or client experience roles with true passion for insights generation, leveraging innovative technologies * 1-2 years project management experience * Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize key trends and insights and the ability to explain research findings to executive audience * Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels, in a peer-like way, and achieve goals without direct control over resources * Strong data presentation skills with the ability to share complex stories in a simple way * Flexible approach and positive attitude, willing to pitch in wherever help is neededBenefits:BCforward offers all eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to major medical, HSA, dental, vision, employer-provided group life, voluntary life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and 401k.About BCforward:Founded in 1998 on the idea that industry leaders needed a professional service, and workforce management expert, to fuel the development and execution of core business and technology strategies, BCforward is a Black-owned firm providing unique solutions supporting value capture and digital product delivery needs for organizations around the world.
