Our family:oriented team is looking for someone who wants to help growers succeed by: :Learn proper aeration techniques to maintain grain quality while also monitoring quality and condition of grain.: Accurately segregate inbound commodities and effective blend outbound grain.: Conduct periodic inspections of equipment for proper maintenance procedures and identify problem areas.: Stay on top of grain market action and support company marketing efforts.: Assist with employee schedules and issue inbound/outbound accounting documents.: Check out this video to learn more: vimeo/354291707 WHAT SKILLS ARE REQUIRED : Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, high noise levels, and around dust.: Good customer service, problem:solving and work ethic.: Team:player eager to help other departments of the company.: Willingness to get the job done during peak season by working extended hours as needed.: Normally requires a high school diploma or the equivalent thereof.: Ability to obtain and maintain a Grain Grading Certificate.: Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.: Ability to work at heights of over 150 feet and lift 50+ lbs.: Solid mechanical abilities, electrical and ag background helpful but not needed: Must be able to pass pre:employment background and drug screen.
