You are: An experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Lead The work: Manage the account delivery of the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Implementation Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones, managing project budgets and providing expert guidance to project teams Provide regular updates to stakeholders Requirements gathering for new projects and provide subsequent solution design, business process analysis, and system integration as well The work: Manage the account delivery of the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Implementation Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones, managing project budgets and providing expert guidance to project teams Provide regular updates to stakeholders Requirements gathering for new projects and provide subsequent solution design, business process analysis, and system integration as well Here's what you need: A minimum of five years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience. Bonus points if: Oracle Cloud HCM certification You're an ace at managing and delivering projects You're great at working creatively in a problem-solving environment You've gained the trust of your clients and partnered with them to: design business process, lead key configuration workshops, identify GAPs, identify RICEW, and design functionality and test plans, and perform testing Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
