Job Title: Technical Support Engineer Position Type: Contract, 1 year Location: Sunnyvale, California, USA (Onsite, Hybrid) Salary Range / Rate (Currency): $45 to $55/Hr. W2 Job ID#: 134281 Job Summary (Responsibilities and Requirements): Data Analyst/Engineer/developer background to help customers navigate through the technical issues. This role usually doesn't write code but needs to be able to check logs and write SQL reports. Mandarin - Need bilingual for communication with the team based out in China. Location: Sunnyvale - Onsite Requirement: at least 3 days, may become 5 days later.
