Description:
Job DescriptionWork hours are from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the insulation, gutters, and specialties industry. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and closing sales deals.Responsibilities: * Identify and generate new leads through networking and cold calling * Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business * Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions * Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective customers * Negotiate and close sales deals in a timely manner * Meet or exceed sales targets and goalsPreferred qualifications: * Proven track record of successful sales experience in the insulation, gutters, or specialties industry * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent negotiation and closing skills * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Experience with electronic blueprint takeoffs and or a strong knowledge of computer systemsPhysical demands: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
