This role focuses primarily on collecting, organizing, and analyzing safety information to identify trends and track key performance indicators. Responsibilities * H&S Data Administration * Analyze H&S data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations on a project, business unit and corporate level * Serve as Administrator for H&S software * Monitor data inputted into H&S software, maintain access controls and data integrity * Conduct routine audits of H&S data to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures * Reporting and Communication * Proactively escalate any trends or leading indicators that could lead to injuries or incidents * Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations on safety performance metrics to key internal and external stakeholders. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including safety professionals, operations, legal and risk team members, to understand data requirements and priorities. * Identify opportunities for process improvements and risk mitigation strategies based on trends. * OSHA/State OSHA * Maintain OSHA safety logs - track completion of all site safety reports, injuries, and illnesses to governing authorities. * Collect annual data for jobsitesQualifications * Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, preferred but not required. * Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in related fields * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends. * Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. * Strong communication and writing skills.HITT Contracting, Inc. is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
