As a large presence in our community, we sustain partnerships like United Way that impact the communities in which we live.Our Talent intern will perform work in Talent Acquisition and will be exposed to our HR Operations Team. What You'll Do Coordinate recruitment processes such as job postings, interview scheduling and offer preparations. Source candidates based on role qualifications through Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. Draft and coordinate review of social media posts for hard to fill positions. Collect important employment information for candidates to support the offer process. Provides operational and administrative support to multiple HR partners through tasks coordinated through email and ticketing system. Information maintenance including hire, termination, employment change, pay and benefits. Assists with orientation, I9 & E-Verify processes, and conducts drug screens. What it Takes In order to be eligible for this elite opportunity you must meet the following criteria: Pursuing an undergraduate degree in business, communications, psychology, human resources, or another related field.
