We are seeking Five (5) Food Service Supervisors to join our team at Tim Hortons #8358. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and dedicate time to expanding our clientele base to establish the restaurant's brand and reputation. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Address customers’ complaints or concerns• Supervise other servers and bussing staff• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and portion food• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage• Supervise and check assembly of trays• Establish work schedules• Ensure food service meet quality control standards• Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres• Provide customer service. Terms of Employment: • Salary: $16.75 per hour• Permanent, Full Time / 30 to 40 Hours per week; Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend • Start date: immediately• Benefits: Dental, Health care, Vision care, Group insurance benefits, Bonus, Gratuities Skills requirements: • Language: English or French• Education: No education requirement; Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline an asset but not a condition of employment• Experience: minimum 1 year of experience in food preparation or service Who can apply? • You are a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada• You have a valid Canadian work permit• If you are not authorized to work in Canada, do not apply.
