Director Design & Innovation, FLNA, NA Frito-Lay, Inc. Pla no, TX Direct & contribute to the successful launch of human centered food product innovation & solutions, focused w/in a short- mid- or long-term timeframe. Position reqs a Master's deg in Strategic Design Mgmt, Mktg Research, Innovation Mgmt, or Design Research & 6 yrs of exp in the offered or rel roles, or a Bach deg in Strategic Design Mgm, Mktg Research, Innovation Mgmt, or Design Research & 8 yrs of exp in the offered or rel roles. Must have 2 yrs w/: Design exp in Industrial/Product Design, Graphic/ Fashion Design, Advtg/Branding, Design Strategy or Brand Strategy; Dvlpng & delivering effective design & mktg strategies along w/ tangible in-mkt solutions in partnership w/ key business leaders; Subject matter expert in 4 lens thinking, Design thinking, System Design methodologies, Brand Devlpmnt, & Human Centered Design processes; Exp in creating Business models, w/ the approach to build iterative 'Test & Learn' capabilities; Design Research or Mktg Research exp; Building cross functional partnership to create successful 'Go to Mkt' strategies; Understanding & capturing Mkt, Category, & Consumer trends to create successful launch strategies; Quantitative & Qualitative Consumer Research techniques, Design Research methodologies, Design or Mktg Solution Testing, & Competitor assessment techniques, used to identify 'Key success criteria's' & 'size of prize' for each innovation solution; Must have 1 yr exp w/: Innovation Mgmt; Leading end to end innovation projects; Planning & building incremental & disruptive innovation launch strategies in terms of product, packaging, service, & Branding; Adapting & integrating innovative Test & Learn launch strategies. 10% telecommuting permitted w/in normal commuting distance of this office. 10% travel reqd, dom & intern'tl.
