Housekeeper The Villages of Farragut, a retirement community for independent seniors, iscurrently seeking a Full-Time Housekeeper for our community in Farragut, TN. Thehousekeeper will ensure that the resident apartments and common areas areclean and well maintained.This position provides a work life balance with a day-shift schedule and no late-night hours. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Performs cleaning duties according to schedule in assigned areas such asresident apartments, common areas, and guest restrooms. Sweeps, dusts, dust mops, and wet mops floors; spot cleans and vacuumsfloors, rugs, carpets. Cleans, sanitizes, and polishes restrooms; stocks dispensers as necessary. Clean resident apartments, to include bathrooms fixtures, showers andtubs, kitchen area, countertops, and floors. Cleans and assists with apartment room turns. Helps maintain equipment needed to perform work in a clean and orderlycondition. Collects trash and refuse from work areas and places in designated pickupareas. Ensures cleaning chemicals are kept stored and locked when not in use. Ensures any cords, carts, equipment and other hazards are kept out of theway at all times, not blocking exits and in compliance with fire codes. Additional duties as assigned.Requirements: High School education or equivalent preferred. Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 25 lbs. independently. Possess the ability to bend, stoop and reach at different angles. May stand on feet for long periods of time. Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insuranceSchedule: 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Holidays Weekends as neededPowered by JazzHR
