Responsibilities:• Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of action.• Work closely with support staff to ensure a top tier client experience• Effectively and efficiently handle a caseload of over 100+ personal injury cases• Negotiate and resolve pre-suit cases in a timely manner for top dollar• Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action• Be able to appropriately communicate with clients• Appear in court on behalf of clients• Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies Qualifications:• Successful completion of accredited law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree with 2 years of related experience. • Experience in the personal injury field is a plus• Familiarity with Litify is a plus• Must currently be barred in good standing in South Carolina• Trial experience a plus Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 About Company: We believe that our team members are the most important contributors to the success of our business.
