Senior Java Developer A Fortune 50 financial services company in McLean, VA is currently seeking a remote Senior Java Developer to support our client. The Senior Java Developer will be working on money movement products such as ACH wires & cashier's checks, keeping them up & running, and modernizing as well. This is a mission critical role. Qualifications: * Extensive experience with Java Enterprise Edition (J2EE/JEE), Spring Framework, and Hibernate. * Extensive experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB). * Extensive experience with web service, Spring Boot microservice, API development including REST and SOAP architecture patterns. * Experience with relational and non-relational database platforms. * Experience with developing and deploying applications and services to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure). * Extensive experience with DevOps and Continuous Integration & Delivery practices and tools. * Significant experience with Azure DevOps and Azure cloud technologies. * Knowledge of financial/banking industry standards, regulations, and practices. * Experience with core banking, payment products, and financial industry.Nice to Have: * ISO20022 is a key qualifier as this is the industry banking standard. * Significant experience with IBM MQ, IBM Integration Bus (IIB), and IBM WebSphere. * Knowledge of enterprise financial company products, services, policies, and procedures. * Certifications: Java SE/EE, Azure Developer Associate, Azure Fundamentals.
