Practice Area: Litigation - eDiscovery General, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 5 Years, A law firm seeks an eDiscovery Attorney to manage eDiscovery processes in complex and global litigations and investigations.Job Overview:The eDiscovery Attorney will be responsible for overseeing the eDiscovery process, advising stakeholders on eDiscovery issues, implementing custom workflows, and serving as a subject matter expert on eDiscovery topics.Duties:Manage eDiscovery in a portfolio of complex and global litigations investigationsUtilize eDiscovery review platforms, including Relativity, Recommind, and other analytics toolsAdvise legal, compliance, and group investigation stakeholders on eDiscovery issues strategiesWork with eDiscovery processes and evolving technologies, and their interrelation with other disciplinesIdentify and escalate improvements to eDiscovery policies and proceduresServe as a subject matter expert on eDiscovery topics and assist with onboarding and trainingImplement custom workflows to reduce client costs and enhance speed-to-evidenceCreate and refine standard documentation, including ESI protocols, Protective Orders, and training guidesRequirements:JD degree5 years of experience managing eDiscovery in complex litigations and investigationsAdmission to the Bar (any state)Strong understanding of current eDiscovery law, processes, and technologiesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProven ability to identify continuous improvements in policies and processesSkills:Strong use and familiarity with eDiscovery review platformsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAnalytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentAttention to detail and organizational skillsEducation:JD degreeCertifications:Admission to the Bar (any state) A Vault 10 firm for Labor and Employment Law, this firm is a powerhouse in this realm.
