We are currently seeking a Director for Brand Marketing TRUQAP (prostate) to join our Oncology Business Unit. This is an opportunity to build a rewarding and meaningful career as part of a dedicated Oncology team! Accountabilities: As the Director Brand Marketing TRUQAP (prostate), you will be responsible for developing and implementing the launch strategy for TRUQAP in mCSPC in the US. You will lead a team in developing a robust commercial strategy & readiness plan in collaboration with key cross-functional partners. This role is based at our Gaithersburg, MD campus, where you will find a collaborative environment and various amenities to boost efficiency and employee satisfaction. Essential Skills/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in relevant field. 8 years' experience in pharmaceutical industry 4 years of experience in marketing. Prior in-line HCP marketing and launch experience. Current relevant US cancer marketing experience. Proven ability to lead team of cross functional and technical members to achieve outcomes. Desirable Skills/Experience: Oncology or specialty care experience highly preferred. People management experience. Understanding of U.S. Oncology landscape including Community oncology and Hospital oncology dynamics, GPOs, Payer landscape, Specialty Pharmacy partners. Experience developing brand strategy, performing positioning, messaging, segmentation, targeting, leading ad agency, providing direction on annual budget planning.
