We advocate for users through partnerships with product areas at Google (and some Alphabet businesses), supporting Google's consumer products ecosystem and enabling numerous launches for Google's consumer products each year.The gUP Gemini Partner Engineering team is a highly technical, collaborative and passionate group that brings the best of Gemini to users through partner integrations. Our team works closely with first-party/third-party partners and internal teams to launch innovative integrations (e.g. Gemini extensions ) through high quality, scalable solutions.The gUP Gemini Partner Engineering team helps build and productionize scalable solutions for first-party/third-party partners to make Gemini, the best product for grounded chat-based text creation, refinement, and AI-powered collaboration for our users.Google creates products and services that make the world a better place, and gTech's role is to help bring them to life. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3 years of experience working with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP). 3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C , Python). Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers. Preferred qualifications: 5 years of experience with software development and familiarity with architectural components and system design. Experience with machine learning algorithms, large language models, or other AI technologies. Proficiency in relevant ML libraries and concepts. Responsibilities Drive new partner integrations within Gemini, ensuring a frictionless partner experience. Improve existing partner/user experience and grow user value. Contribute to the evolution of Gemini through partner solutions/processes (e.g., tools/colabs) for partner schema ingestion, data preparation and quality iterations (e.g., SFT, prompt engineering, evaluations, CLs). Strive for consistency, ease of use and maintainability, collaborating closely with engineering. Influence product strategy and work with cross-functional teams to bring partner-facing features to market. Advocate for seamless partner and user experience and advocate for user and partner success with engineering and product teams.
