Job Description: Are You Am I is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse, helping to maintain inventory accuracy and fulfill orders with precision and care. If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming inventory items.- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.- Conduct regular inventory counts.- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse, including shelving and storage areas.- Assist in quality control by inspecting products for defects or damages.- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.- Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all. Qualifications :- High school diploma or equivalent.- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred but not required.- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
