We are dedicated to leveraging innovative solutions to transform healthcare delivery, enhance patient outcomes, and improve operational efficiency.The Vice President, Value Engagement will play a vital role in driving the commercial success of our start-up, shaping our market presence, and positioning us for rapid growth. Position Summary The Vice President, Value Engagement will be promoting our innovative services and solutions across the healthcare industry, focusing on establishing and growing relationships with pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and healthcare payers to attain our revenue and growth objectives. Essential Functions and Duties Commercial Strategy and Execution: Execute the company's overall commercial strategy, aligned with objectives and growth targets. Identify and evaluate market opportunities, target customer segments, and key market trends to position the company competitively. Contribute to the development of pricing strategies, revenue models, and sales targets to achieve profitability and sustainable growth. Drive the execution of commercial plans, monitor progress, and pivot strategies as needed to achieve business goals. Sales and Business Development: Create and execute a robust sales pipeline, leveraging market insights, and customer feedback to maximize conversion rates. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Set up meeting with potential clients to present our company and it's services. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services offered by Klear Trust. Clearly articulate the company story, unique value proposition and how products align with a prospect's vision; solving business issues. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data, including key performance metrics and actionable insights that enable accurate forecasting and progress tracking towards goals. Participate on behalf of the company to exhibitions or conferences in support of company objectives. Negotiate/ close deals and handles complaints or objections Collaborate with team members cross functionally to ensure cohesive strategies and alignment to achieve better results. Promptly and effectively communicate feedback from customers and prospects with internal teams to refine and optimize strategies. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers and industry influencers. Sales Administration: Keep track of leads and sales opportunities and ensure they are accurately documented in our CRM system in a thorough and timely manner. Manage and optimize the use of CRM systems and sales-related software. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the executive team to align commercial objectives with overall company goals and strategies. Partner with product development and technology teams to provide market feedback, insights, and requirements to drive product innovation and improvement. Work collaboratively with finance and operations teams to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis related to commercial operations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmaceutical manufacturers, payers, providers, and industry experts. Collaborate with clients to understand their market, clinical, economic, and other business objectives and challenges and develop solutions to address their needs. Conduct thorough analysis of client data, market trends, and regulatory requirements to identify opportunities and risks for clients. Offer guidance on contract implementation and performance tracking. Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones. Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling manner, leveraging data-driven insights and industry best practices. Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and regulatory changes related to pharmaceutical value-based contract design and healthcare reimbursement. Facilitate and drive business development efforts through client meetings, proposals, and sales presentations. Mentor and develop consulting staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster their professional growth. Adhere specifically to all company policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations, and laws. Display dedication to position responsibilities and achieve assigned goals and objectives. Always represent the Company in a professional manner and appearance. Understand and internalize the Company's purpose. Display loyalty to the Company and its organizational values. Qualifications Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field or four (4) years of relevant experience in lieu degree. Master's degree preferred. Required Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the healthcare industry, including healthcare technology trends, value-based care, contracting and market dynamics. Strong sales and business development skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, establish strategic partnerships, and achieve sales targets. Strategic thinker with a keen business acumen, capable of identifying new opportunities and driving innovation. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making, with strong problem-solving abilities. Experience in specialty pharmaceutical market access and patient support programs. Working knowledge of pharmaceutical pricing, rebates, discounts, contracts, and alternative pricing and funding models. Working knowledge of and/or experience with specialty pharmacy, GPO, and wholesale distribution contracting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail. Preferred Knowledge: Previous experience in value-based contract design, healthcare analytics, or managed care is preferred. Required Experience: At least ten (10) years' experience [fourteen (14) for non-degreed candidates] demonstrating a proven track record of success in a senior commercial leadership role within the healthcare or life sciences industry. Preferred Experience: Five or more (5+) years' experience with value-base care contracting and/or Five or more (5+) years' pharma HEOR experience and/or Five or more (5+) years' pharma market access, patient services, or brand management experience and/or Five or more (5+) years PBM, pharmacy, GPO, and/or payer contracting experience. Physical requirements Vision, hearing, speech, movements requiring the use of wrists, hands and/or fingers. Must have the ability to view a computer screen for prolonged periods and the ability to sit for extended periods. Must have the ability to work the hours and days required to complete the essential functions of the position, as scheduled. The employee occasionallylifts to 20 lbs. and occasionally kneels and bends. Must have the ability to travel occasionally. Working condition include normal office setting. Must be able to pay close attention to detail and be able to work as a member of a team to ensure excellent customer service.
