Skillfully manage incoming calls, messages, and small deliveries with finesse. Collaborate closely with our office manager to uphold seamless operations. Take ownership of all incoming leads, meticulously tracking and managing them within our CRM system. Implement our lead follow-up procedures diligently, using various channels to connect with potential clients. Qualify leads through strategic questioning, setting the stage for productive discovery call appointments. Conduct discovery calls and in-person consultations, understanding clients' needs and showcasing our services effectively. Marketing Support: Work hand-in-hand with our corporate team to execute marketing strategies and tasks. Maintain and replenish our marketing collateral, ensuring it aligns with our brand and vision. Drive our social media presence, crafting and posting engaging content that captivates our audience. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in consultative selling roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Expertise in Canva and Photoshop for crafting captivating marketing materials. Detail-oriented and accurate in managing data and leads. A natural enthusiasm for connecting with people and fostering relationships. Strong selling skills, with the ability to influence and persuade effectively.
