Position Summary: Running and knowledge of station scheduled to work on shift, and to prepare and executeall recipes and menu items to specification.Are you ready to be outrageous? The Cook is personable, service-oriented, organized, high capacity, andadaptive. A Day in the Life: ● Facilitating the station, you are responsible for, ensuring that all items are preparedcorrectly & timely● Familiarizing with the station, it's prep, setup, service and closing● Following State and County Health Code requirements for ware washing, cleanliness,sanitation, and equipment storage at all times.● Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and structure of all areas of the kitchen and otherareas as assigned.● Maintaining a professional attitude of teamwork, cooperation, communication andaccountability.● Meticulous attention to detail throughout the work shift.● Commitment to performing daily duties e.g. opening, closing, and Prep. ● Basic janitorialskills to clean up spills, broken glassware, etc. immediately. ● Willingness to report anyissues to management that cannot be addressed immediately. ● Commitment to all aroundcleanliness.● Other duties as assigned by management. Must Haves: • Positive and friendly attitude.• Flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays included). •Committed to outrageous hospitality and guest service.• Excellent organization and time management skills.• Embodies teamwork and a willingness to go above and beyond.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain standing for an extended period of time.• Ability to work in hot, humid environment, and be on your feet for 8+ hour shifts. Experience and Qualifications: ● High school diploma or GED preferred.● 1 year of culinary experience (we will provide training as needed).Additional information:• Working days - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
