THIS POSITION REQUIRES: A Bachelor level degree in Structural Engineering from an accredited college or university is required. 10 + years of Structural Engineering experience. A c urrent PE or SE license is required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: A Masters level degree in Structural or Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university. Experience using finite element analysis software . A demonstrated ability to work with Structural Engineering CAD models . A working proficiency creating and using Structural Engineering drawings . PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Relevant experience in an industrial setting and project cost-estimating are preferred but multiple factors will be taken into consideration. Any experience in agribusiness, pharmaceuticals, oilseeds, biofuels, grain milling & handling, pet food or animal feed would be helpful. Prior experience in Consulting Engineering is a plus. SUCCESS CHARACTERISTICS: The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-based, multidisciplinary environment. The ability to manage multiple-assignments and to flexibly re-prioritize work as necessary. Attention to details, adhering to quality standards, and customer service skills are essential.
