JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with fantastic communication skills and solid understanding of Marketing Techniques to join our corporate team. In this position, you will report to our VP of Marketing by developing and executing the plans to elevate our corporate messaging and enhance our internal systems. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities that enhance the marketing position of the company’s products and services. Implement and design marketing plans/materials that include print, broadcast, and online content. Coordinate projects for special events and advertising campaigns. Serve as the administrator of the company’s sales and marketing software applications. Develop, publish, and distribute database-driven sales/marketing reports. Coordinate corporate events such as sales meetings and tradeshow functions. Coordinate outside creative resources/vendors to achieve sales and marketing objectives. Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop branding messages. Simplify complex data into user-friendly formats to present to leadership, customers, and cross-departmentally. PROFILE LEVEL DESCRIPTION Completes work with a limited degree of supervision; may act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience. Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data. Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent sales and customer service skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Communication, Graphic Design, or similar field required. 2+ years of progressively responsible experience in Marketing/Communication roles required. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, Adobe Design Suite, and web editing platforms.
