You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our educational resources and solutions. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for education and a proven track record in marketing and community engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth. Build and maintain relationships with schools, educators, parents, and community organizations to promote Bright Achievements' products and services. Organize and execute marketing events, workshops, and presentations to showcase our offerings and engage with target audiences. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and printed materials. Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on field marketing or community engagement. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Knowledge of the education sector and familiarity with North Carolina's educational landscape is preferred.
