NRVCS is looking for our next Director of Finance! In this position, the Senior Director is the chief administrator of the Financial & Support Services Unit within the organization. This unit of the organization is responsible for the implementation and oversight of all accounting and purchasing functions; accounts receivable; internal and external financial reporting; and compliance with State and Federal guidelines. Come join our growing and talented team today!Starting Salary: $104,000-Depending on Experience**$4,000 Sign on Bonus**Education/Experience Required: * Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, with courses in advanced accounting, management accounting, auditing and governmental accounting is required. * Master's Degree in Accounting or other Business-related field is preferred. * Certified Public Accountant credential is required. * Must have five years of experience in governmental/fund accounting, managing accounting functions in an automated environment and budgeting, in the past seven years and supervisory experience in the past ten years. Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
