Myers, FL, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 5-8 years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will be admitted to the Florida Bar and possess excellent analytical, research, and writing skills. Job Overview:The Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of litigation matters, with a focus on construction and real estate cases. This role requires the ability to successfully work on multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously, with keen attention to detail. Duties:Handle a variety of litigation matters, with a focus on construction and real estate casesConduct legal research and analysisDraft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documentsPrepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and other proceedingsCommunicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courtManage and prioritize workload effectivelyCollaborate with partners and other team members on case strategy and developmentProvide guidance and mentorship to junior associates and support staff as needed Requirements:5-8 years of litigation experienceAdmission to the Florida BarExcellent analytical, research, and writing skillsAbility to successfully work on multiple projects simultaneously and autonomouslyKeen attention to detailExperience in construction and real estate law is a plus Education:Juris doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school Certifications:Admission to the Florida Bar Skills:Strong analytical, research, and writing skillsAbility to work autonomously and manage multiple projects effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and accuracy Benefits offered:The firm offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefit package in a fast-paced, professional environment.
