Description:
Responsibilities: Employ diverse search methods using job board platforms to cultivate a robust candidate pipeline. Assess resumes, applications, and conduct initial phone screenings. Administer internal assessments and successive interviews. Keep abreast of recruitment trends and best practices. Oversee the interview and selection process. Maintain candidate engagement by providing regular updates. Liaise with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational objectives. Define job descriptions and document specifications. Present qualified candidates to clients. Cultivate long-term client relationships. Develop sustainable candidate acquisition strategies. Collaborate with the Operations Manager for project updates. Ensure a safe and conducive work environment. Perform any additional tasks as assigned. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience. Proficiency with HubSpot and Workable is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to build trust-based relationships. Strong organizational and time management skills. Comfortable making independent decisions. Ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships. Proficient in Google Suite.
