Job Responsibilities:Provide Creative solutions to reduce errors and to ensure adherence to audit and control policies.Provide back-up coverage for other Team members and to assist same during high volume periods.Utilize technical knowledge in order to deliver quality service and achieve operating efficiency.Work closely with peers and product to develop solutions that will enable our team to meet the mission statements of the department and create dynamic MISMaintain awareness of product changes and system enhancements.Participate in system testingPerform multiple transactions of moderate complexity to achieve operating efficiency and a high level of productivity.Receive and Track responses to Voluntary Corporate Action (CA) events.Read and review Complex corporate Action eventsEnsure Key client information is included in CA responsesWork with the processing team to ensure all instructions are acted upon in a timely manner.Knowledge & Experience3+ years business experience requiredOperational knowledge within Finance industryProven experience working within a team environment a mustExperience in other financial products outside of asset service will be advantageous.Skills RequiredExcel, Word, Outlook, AccessAnalytical and numerateGood written and verbal communication skills.Good lateral thinking & common sense.Must demonstrate a proven track work record.Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to research and resolve complex issuesQualifications:BA Degree or 3+ years business experience requiredCompetencies:Excel macros knowledge preferred.Risk AwarenessHighly productiveStrong attention to detail & diligence.Good time management & organizational skills.Ability to cope under pressure to meet deadlines.FlexibleMotivated and enthusiastic.Ability to work during US holidays, overtime and weekends. Work Schedule:M-F 8 am start till work is done for the day.Ability to work long days (especially during the month of April, during US holidays, overtime and weekends.)English + SpanishEnglish + PortugueseEnglish + Spanish + Portuguese***Must be proficient in excel and detailed oriented***Bilingual or Trilingual is mandatory
