POSITION DETAILSPosition SummaryPreparation and applying paint for interior and exterior of components and assemblies.Principal Activities * Responsible for preparing equipment and surfaces for paint applications * Responsible for applying paint per specifications * Responsible for the assembly operations that are associated with the paint process * Manage all compliance and regulatory systems and records * Identifies and drives improvements in the processes and procedures Job Requirements:CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSKnowledge, Skills & Abilities * Read, write, speak and understand English. * Min 3 Years of paint experience in an aerospace or automotive environment * Proficiency with specifications and painting techniques * Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance * Experience with Military standard primers and paints preferred Education * High School DiplomaPAY RANGE: $ 18.00 -19.50 Hourly Rate.
