Responsibilities: - Lead and manage kitchen staff, working closely with the Sous Chef.- Design innovative menus and ensure high-quality plate presentation.- Train and mentor kitchen team members, maintaining recipe standards.- Oversee food preparation, production, and kitchen cleanliness.- Collaborate on menu planning, inventory management, and supplier relationships.- Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and regulations.- Execute off-premise catering functions, ensuring excellence in every aspect.- Communicate effectively with internal teams, guests, and clients. Requirements: - Demonstrated dependability and exceptional cooking skills.- Familiarity with catering industry best practices.- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Calendar, Outlook).- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.- Valid driver's license and access to insured transportation.- Ability to meet physical demands of the role (lifting, standing, etc.).
