About The Opportunity: Working as a part of the IT Services Team, you will assist clients with Information Technology usage and work to resolve any application-related incidents, changes, problems, and requests. This position has a role in ensuring the performance, reliability and security of business applications as well as maintaining the system and program documentation in accordance with provided specifications. About Your Background: Our ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in computer science, you have some experience in application design, development, implementation, support, and maintenance. You are proficient with programming using Microsoft technology, have a solid understanding of relational database concepts and current database technologies as well as a good knowledge of dynamic reporting tools. You can use independent judgment and creativity when solving problems and have strong attention to detail as well as a commitment to customer service excellence. A valid class 5 driver's license (or out of province equivalent) is required.
