π¬ Medical Technologist - Brooksville, FL π΅ Salary Range: $56,347 per year - $84,074 per year π΄ Sign-on bonuses: $10K for night shifts, $5K for day shifts. π Shifts: Nights (10 PM - 6:30 AM), Rotating Weekends; 8, 10, 12 hr shiftsπ Differentials: Night Shift: +$2.50/hr Join Our Expert Team: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Technologist to join our clinical laboratory team. This role is critical in performing a variety of technical diagnostic analyses, which play a key role in the treatment and care of patients. Role and Responsibilities: 𧬠Conduct routine and stat laboratory tests across disciplines like Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology. π» Efficiently manage laboratory data systems to ensure data accuracy. π‘οΈ Ensure the laboratory's operational standards are met, including regulatory compliance with CAP. π οΈ Perform equipment maintenance and troubleshoot to uphold lab operational standards. π Manage quality control procedures and ensure they meet required specifications. π Handle critical lab results and specimens according to established protocols. Qualifications: π Minimum Associate Degree in a relevant field; Bachelorβs preferred. π§ͺ State of Florida Technologist License required or ability to obtain one during the interview process. π At least 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting. π BLS certification preferred.
