We are on the lookout for a real estate acquisitions specialist. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best. The ideal candidate is a talented agent who is persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented. Team lead generation and sales are a big part of this upside commission opportunity. Responsibilities: • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed• Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition• Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale• Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM• Follow up on all leads and requests for information• Lead follow up• Real estate sales• Database campaigns• Lead generation• Set appointments• Network with contractors and small-scale developers• Close sales• Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone• Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • A real estate license required• Commission opportunity • Good communication• Sales experience• Must live within the greater Phoenix area Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000+ at plan About Company: Our LuxurySold team is rapidly expanding into our Phoenix partners!
