Description:
We are seeking a SecureView System Administrator to join our dynamic Cyber Operations Services team. The successful candidate will provide tier one support, troubleshooting, software installation, and manage a myriad of subtasks related to Cyber Operations. Key Responsibilities: Primary Technical Support: Respond to and resolve trouble tickets for a diverse clientele on a variety of devices, including workstations, Thin Clients, laptops, and other devices. Software Installation: Handle software installation and support. Customer Coordination: Schedule and manage appointments with customers to provide on-site and remote troubleshooting. Ticket Management Managing Controlled Cryptographic Items (CCI). Compliance with Time Compliance Network Orders (TCNO) and Mission Type Order (MTO). Local Registration Authority (LRA) Duties Qualifications: Must possess a Secret Clearance Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field. Experience with SecureView or similar systems. Proficiency in relevant software applications and ticket management systems.
