We Need : A solid, experienced, property manager with a Pennsylvania real estate license Responsibilities include the following : Ensure all rent is collected as due and that everything is posted correctly Ensures all unit, move-in, move-out and other leasing data is entered correctly and in a timely manner into the on-site property management software system Ensure all required inspections are scheduled and completed Make sure issues are dealt with in a timely manner and that proper follow-through is done Manage and distribute all tenant correspondence, including late payment notices Manage all maintenance requests entered on the software system Advertise, schedule appointments and lease available apartments/homes Other duties as assigned Candidate Background and Qualifications : Proficiency in Word and Excel is required Prior experience with Appfolio real estate property management software is a benefit Strong written and verbal communication skills Entrepreneurial mindset, a self-starter who can function independently, and as part of a small team Proactive, detail-oriented work habits with a commitment to a high-quality work product Highly organized, detail-oriented Excellent record-keeping and file maintenance Works with a sense of urgency including the ability to oversee multiple projects Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle Real estate license preferred This job requires frequent trips to the rental properties under our care. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required. Candidates with former property management and leasing experience would be preferred. Great potential for advancement within the property management company. This is a salaried role. Salary will depend on experience. Benefits and a 401K are available.
