Apply now and let's build success together Responsibilities: As a Leasing Consultant, you will work closely with the on-site Community Manager to manage the property efficiently. Your key responsibilities include: Meeting with prospective residents, residents, vendors, and all guests with a warm and friendly demeanor Serving as the first impression in our Leasing Office, creating a positive experience for all visitors Providing excellent customer service and offering creative ideas for effective marketing/leasing plans Implementing plans in accordance with Section 42 Guidelines, The Fair Housing Act, and RichSmith Policies and Procedures Handling basic office tasks such as typing, filing, scanning, faxing, and answering telephones Qualifications: 1 year of leasing experience is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service Proficient in basic office tasks and multitasking in a busy environment Exceptional organizational and time management skills
