Case Manager, Families SHINE (Strengthen, Hope, Inspire, Nurture & Engage) Program - Bilingual Spanish Position Summary Lifeline Community Services is hiring a SHINE Case Manager to support our growing team. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to at-risk 12 to 17 year old youth and their families participating in the Family Functional Therapy (FFT) program. This is a Bachelor's Level role that will help our team reduce negativity and blame within the family, increase hope and focus on relational family dynamics to improve family relationships. We're looking for someone passionate, familiar with community needs and services, and open to working with challenging youth that may be currently system involved. This role requires empathy, compassion, strong boundaries, organization/time management, and flexibility. Since your day-to-day work will be in clients home, in the community, at the probation department and any other location that is convenient for the client and their families. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field Training in Child Abuse and/or Other Perspective Issues Knowledge/Familiarity of Juvenile Justice and CWS Systems Bilingual English/Spanish preferre d Responsibilities Provide individual and family face-to-face case management services Provide delinquency prevention activities such as: mentoring, counseling, and parenting support (on-site & in schools) Develop professional relationships with community and collaborative partners Provide crisis management support as needed to caseload participants Comply with all documentation requirements dictated by contact Transportation to meetings and program required services Completes other duties as assigned. Schedule/Compensation Full Time, 40 Hours, Non-Exempt [Monday-Friday 8:00am-7:30pm, Minimum of 2 evenings a week and may include some weekends] $21.00 - $23.10 Salary will commensurate with experience and education. Differential pay offered for bilingual skills. EEO. Additional Requirement Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation with a good driving record. Willing to use own, properly insured, reliable vehicle for the job (mileage reimbursed).
