YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE : Manage individual case files within a personalized case management setting, aimed at aiding customer rehabilitation. backss clients' needs and collaborate with healthcare providers to develop customized goals, milestones, and timelines aimed at assisting individuals in managing both the physical and psychological impacts of their accident. Guiding customers through their recovery process, understanding their requirements, and coordinating their insurance benefits Facilitate harmonious collaboration with external healthcare providers, facilities, and community stakeholders. .
