The candidate will serve in the preparation and prosecution of provisional and non-provisional patent applications. Will have a small amount of opinion work and possible/transactional/licensing work. Handle a variety of transactional patent matters. Client counseling and portfolio management. US and Foreign prosecution. Should have a degree in either Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineer, or Computer Science. Must preferably be Registered with the USPTO.Additional Skills: The candidate should have superior academic credentials.
