Responsibilities of a Customer Service and Sales Representative: Engage in all team meetings, round tables, and training sessions while being supportive of management's needs Be the connection between the customer, client, and our Customer Service and Sales Representative team Must feel comfortable in a face-to-face and high-volume customer environment.
