Requirements:2-8 years of legal experience.Experience in construction law, commercial litigation, insurance defense, or first-party insurance claims.Strong understanding of Florida construction law and litigation procedures.Excellent research and writing skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.Detail-oriented and organized.Admitted to the Florida State Bar or eligible for admission. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the Florida State Bar or eligibility for admission. Skills:2-8 years of legal experience in construction law or related fields.Proficient in legal research and writing.Experience with case management software.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to analyze complex legal issues.Knowledge of Florida construction law and regulations.Trial preparation and courtroom experience.Client counseling and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
