Job Summary: BizFlow Corporation is seeking an exceptional Information Technology Manager/Specialist to manage the organization's network, maintain its security, and update any necessary system requirements, in addition to providing day-to-day technical support. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of IT management experience, critical and analytical thinking skills, problem-solving skills, leadership skills, a positive attitude, and awareness of the latest technology . Core Duties and Responsibilities: Develop computer information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery. Manage backup, security, and user help systems. Manage and supervise AWS Cloud environments. Consult with co-workers, management, vendors, and technicians to assess the organization's current and anticipated computing needs and system requirements. Manage physical IT asset management such as inventory control, and purchase/disposal. Work with department heads and executives to develop organizational goals, policies, and procedures relating to information technology, such as email retention policy, etc. Provide day-to-day technical support for computer issues. Maintain current knowledge of the latest technologies. Plan, execute,d and update IT-related vendor management with supervisor’s approval. Functional Requirements: Bilingual in English and Korean Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of hands-on experience Demonstrated team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated excellent organizational skills with the ability to be dependable and accessible. Demonstrated skilled multi-tasker and self-starter with the ability to work independently. Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills. Current knowledge and understanding of the newest technologies. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are currently unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an Employment Visa. Qualified candidates must be able to obtain U.S. government clearance. Technical Requirements: Experience with Office 365 administration and management . Experience managing VOIP phone system administration, user administration, voicemail, web conference, etc. Experience with 3rd party cloud file systems (SharePoint), and JAMIS ERP software . Experience in a Microsoft server environment is required. Windows 2003/2008/2012/2016 Experience managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V, and WSUS. VMware ESXi must include vSphere 4/5/6 installation, P2V conversions, and upgrade with HA. Experience with setting network IP assignments on computers and devices as well as a strong understanding of subnetting. Experience with Cisco Firewall. Configuring IP-sec VPN tunnels, Access list, Site-to-site VPNs, Firewall rules. Experience with online/cloud-connected backup solutions. Solid understanding of network protocols (DHCP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP) Experience with switches, firewalls, routers, and access points of any kind. Experience with Network cabling. Experience installing operating systems from scratch and creating standardized OS images that can be used across multiple hardware platforms. Ability to install and troubleshoot third-party applications on client workstations. Understanding of maintenance of all standard operating procedures for all system builds application loads, custom configurations, etc. Excellent Problem Management skills. Able to prioritize and drive projects concerning milestones and deadlines. Demonstrated experience managing and troubleshooting Disaster recovery tools. Demonstrated experience Managing Public DNS records, Code signing certificates, and wildcard certificates. Ability to diagnose and repair hardware problems with laptops, workstations, and servers.
