Eggs 'n Things is looking for an "Eggceptional" canidate to become our new Kitchen Manager for our Waikiki location and for possible locations that are set to open in the near future. Some relevant experience is required. Must have at least 5 years experience in line cook. At least 3 year experience in management Must be able to handle inventory, scheduling, training and development, MGMT and staff meetings, and be able to execute specials A understanding of food preparation, sanitation, purchasing, and waste management Must be able to handle high pace, quick decision making, handle stressful situations, and conduct one's self in a professional manor Must be able to lift 50lbs, able to stand for long periods of time, must be able to work weekends and holidays Eggs 'n Things is a local company, that we try to run like a family business no matter the size of the company. NEW Signing Bonus: - A $550 Bonus after successful completion of first 90 days of Full Time work*(Employee must complete without any zero tolerance infraction or major violation of company policies and procedures)- Another $550 bonus after 1 year of successful completion of 1 year of work.*(Employee must complete without any zero tolerance infraction or major violation of company policies and procedures) *All incentives are paid through company paychecks and are subject to government and state taxes.
