A SaaS company that works in the retail space is looking for Technology Support Manager to specialize in application support and root cause analysis. The position is in office three days a week on Long Island. This person will manage a team of 8-12 engineers. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in relevant position Strong application support and root-cause analysis background Strong management experience Ability to be onsite in Long Island, NY Desired Skills & Experience BA/BS Degree SaaS and retail experience What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown: 50% Managerial 50% Hands On Technical Work The Offer You will receive the following benefits.
