Identity and Access Management Analyst Location: Home-Based Canada / Hybrid Burlington, Ontario Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Support Analyst to join our team. The IAM Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for the company's IAM systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IAM concepts, as well as experience with IAM tools and technologies. The IAM Support Analyst will work closely with other IT professionals, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure that the company's IAM systems are functioning effectively, efficiently, and securely. Your Day-to-Day: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the company's IAM systems, including user provisioning, authentication, and authorization processes. Identify and resolve technical issues related to IAM technologies and tools, such as user directories, access control systems, and single sign-on (SSO) solutions. Writing small java scripts to add or modify any existing functionalities. Collaborate with IT professionals and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize IAM support requests, and ensure that they are resolved in a timely and effective manner. Document and track IAM support requests and resolutions using ticketing systems and other tools. Develop and maintain knowledge articles and documentation related to IAM support processes and procedures. Work closely with external partners to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IAM system integrations. Participate in on-call support rotations to provide after-hours support for critical IAM issues. What You Bring to The Team: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 2+ years of experience in identity and access management, including experience with IAM tools and technologies. 2+ years of experience with Ping Identity Suite (preferred). 2+ years.
