This includes keeping an up to date working knowledge of all projects in the office. - Ensures safe work practices are used at all times and that documentation and current practices are in accordance with corporate safety policies and other regulatory guidelines. - Communicating and reinforcing The Steel Guys’ position on scrap acceptance in line with Environmental Heath and Safety regulations. - As an Office Manager for the Steel Guys Ltd. your job is to provide a safe environment for all employees, customers and visitors; Mediate and manage internal and external conflicts; Lead by example and provide leadership to all team members at all times. - Establish KPI's including monthly revenues, limiting labour/production costs, maintaining client response times, maintaining high levels of accuracy; Maintain daily, weekly, monthly tracking reports for various sales and shipment activities. - Preparation and monitoring of annual office operational plans and budgets that are targeted at meeting key performance indicators (KPI's). - Overseeing office processes, developing and maintaining the office work schedule; Leading assigning and evaluating the activities and operations of project teams with a focus on performance, development, and high.
