About Our Opportunity Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Performance while working on initiatives that are cross departmental and cross Government, you will provide corporate and project leadership and lead ongoing strategic analysis and review of Service Nova Scotia's programs to achieve organisational effectiveness and efficiency targets as outlined by the Senior Executive Team. Primary Accountabilities Provide strategic analysis, planning and advice to senior officials within the department to ensure that operational plans/processes are aligned with government priorities and objectives. Manage key critical initiatives and ensure that all corporate reporting obligations of the department are met. Develop, implement, and administer policies to address objectives and support informed decisions made within the department. Coordinate and implement major initiatives and policies based on options and recommendations to senior executives and to the minister on regarding priorities and emerging issues. Provide leadership.
