ROLE: Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer Solicitor, Legal executive or Barrister RATE: £50-£55ph LOCATION: London Borough Council. Service Care Legal are currently working alongside a London Borough Council which is in need of an experienced Adult Social Care Lawyer to join their team. ROLE: Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer Solicitor, Legal executive or Barrister RATE: £50-£55ph LOCATION: London Borough Council. The role can be done remotely but would ideally involve attending the office once a month CONTRACT LENGTH: 5 months ongoing The Role: Deal with an Adult Social Care legal files from start to completion. This would involve dealing with C. O. P. work and mental health cases There will be some expectation to advise on some Children Act work such as NRPF, CA 1989 JRs, age backssments etc. Handle any other responsibilities required for the successful running of the team The Person: Someone who has 3+ years of P. Q.
