The Continuing Care Division (CCB) is nested under the Department of Seniors and Long Term Care (DSLTC) and has been designated as a government mandated priority. About Our Opportunity Designated by the Minister of Seniors and Long Term Care, our Adult Protection Workers strive to ensure the safety of clients aged 16 and older who are allegedly abused or neglected as defined by the Adult Protection Act. You will achieve this through the investigation and backssment of clients referred, as well as by working closely with other departments, stakeholders, care coordinators, health professionals and other community agencies. Primary Accountabilities You will ensure the safety of your clients through the investigation and backssment of clients referred, as well as by working closely with other departments, stakeholders, care coordinators, health professionals and other community agencies.
