Summary : Mernov Spa is looking for a Medical Customer Service Coordinator who has a passion to deliver the best possible care to our clients. This position is permanent part-time. Location : 8500 Warden Ave. Markham, ON L6G 1A5 Responsibilities : Provide administrative support to physicians and allied health professionals Administrative responsibilities include but are not limited to: registering clients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, following up on consults and test results, obtaining required documentation Obtains key demographic and health related information and registering this information accurately and efficiently into the EMR Provides assistance to physicians and allied health providers Supports management and perform administrative tasks for service delivery Perform other duties related to clinic operations Requirements : Fluent in Mandarin is required Previous health care experience is an asset Administrative experience/customer service experience is an asset Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task and willingness to learn Computer proficiency Knowledge of EMR and G-suite is an asset Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to details Knowledge of CRM is an asset Powered by Jazz HR.
